• Description of Products and Services

• Definition of the Market

• Marketing and Sales Strategy

• Organization and Munagement

• Financial Management Data

• Appendices as needed

Financial Management Data usually consists of spreadsheets encompassing one or more of the following:

• Cash Flow Worksheet

• Income Projection Worksheet

• Balance Sheets

• Break-Even Analysis
